About BUV

Basic Utility Vehicles (BUVs) are rugged, simple vehicles that can carry 1200 pounds of payload and utilize many off-theshelf parts. BUVs are designed for warm climates, slow speeds (under 25 mph), and rural, unpaved roads. The goal is a disarmingly simple vehicle that is intuitive to operative and service. BUVs provide access to healthcare and economic hope in rural areas of developing countries.
